Applying KPI to your daily/monthly/quarterly target calculation and follow up and update it weekly to help you achieve your target. Customer Services Experience Identify customers’ needs and guide the customer using product benefits and your sales skills to provide the best customer experience. Build customer relations to keep loyal customers to firefly products and services. Handling customers’ complaints in a quick and smart way, also within company policy. Store Visual Merchandise Maintain store clean and Firefly store visual merchandise guideline. Following up and updating price tags. Clean product daily and weekly from dust and fingerprints. Inventory control Following up with product inventory and keeping the store in charge updated. Understand fast-moving and slow-moving products by daily report to keep track and plan to focus on slow-moving stock. Assist in monthly and yearly stock take. Data capturing and others Captur customer data correctly such as name, phone no, home address and location readiness for installation Understand company return policy to explain it to the customers.
