Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, including but not limited to Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing.
Providing technical support to end-users of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, including diagnosing and resolving issues related to system performance, configuration, and connectivity.
Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software components, including but not limited to desktop computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Setting up and maintaining network connectivity, including configuring routers, switches, and firewalls.
Conducting regular system maintenance activities, including backups, updates, and security patches.
Creating and maintaining documentation related to system configurations, user manuals, and technical specifications.
Assisting in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures, including security protocols and disaster recovery plans.
Collaborating with other IT team members to identify and resolve complex system issues and improve overall system performance.

Technical skills: As a Junior IT Technician, you should have a strong technical background and be proficient in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software components, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. You should also have a solid understanding of networking concepts and be able to set up and maintain network connectivity.
Communication skills: Good communication skills are essential for a Junior IT Technician. You should be able to explain technical issues to non-technical users and collaborate effectively with other IT team members.
