Dealing with the suppliers directly and negotiate them to get the best price, quality, delivery terms.
In charge of sales and procurement activities, which includes placing orders, negotiating, and organizing all paperwork for customs clearance.
Responsible for coming up with strategies to save costs while ensuring supplier performance goals are achieved.
Managing the office inventory and sending out orders for supplies as and when needed.
المهارات
The ability to identify market trends and make decisions in a high-stress environment.
Must be fluent in handling all software programs relevant to management.
Must possess operational fluency in management software programs.
Relevant knowledge about market trends and ability to quickly make decisions under high pressure.
Experience in Food, Beverage and Restaurants.
Proficiency in Excel and data entry.
