Lead the merchandising and supply chain business unit to ensure smooth merchandise flow end-to-end including but not limited to procurement, shipping, clearance, warehousing and store deliveries.
Develop and execute merchandising strategies that align with the brand’s overall marketing and sales objectives.
Collaborate with product development team to identify product assortment needs and ensure product launches are executed flawlessly.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and make recommendations for product assortment and merchandising strategies.
Develop and manage promotional plans and programs to drive revenue and increase market share.
Work closely with retail partners to ensure proper product placement, in-store merchandising, and inventory management.
Manage budgets for merchandising initiatives and track results to measure effectiveness.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, sales teams, and retail partners.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of experience in merchandising, preferably within the personal care industry.
People management, and performance evaluation.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of retail landscape and consumer behavior.
Experience managing budgets and tracking results.
The Merchandising Manager for Personal Care Products will report to the Director of Operations.
GCC and or ME experience is a plus.
