Job Purpose :
Responsible for addressing customer issues and resolving them promptly and efficiently. Interact with customers on a variety of channels such as phone, and email, ensuring that all valid customer concerns are resolved on time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Effectively answer all customer queries, resolve the query directly or direct it to the correct department and provide a follow-up service to close or conclude each query.
Understand the demand of customers to provide timely service and solutions.
Cater to customer queries by providing accurate data using appropriate communication channels.
Adhere to strict deadlines for solving related issues and provide appropriate suggestions for achieving the desired results.
Maintain a systematic list of all customer data, including interactions, documents, and other relevant details.
Work with the brand team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in our policies or services.
المهارات
Previous experience with a company in the role of a customer service agent or representative for a minimum of 2 years.
Adapt to using customer relationship management software to offer the best client services.
Strong phone handling skills and active listening.
Excellent communication skills.
Thorough understanding of setting priorities for a task to comply with the set deadlines and responsibilities.
Proficient in operating the latest computer software and online tools.
Additional Details :
Should have a transferable visa.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
