الوصف الوظيفي Conduct market surveys from time to time to keep abreast of new start-ups, market trends and competitors’ activities. Develop new customers in assigned territory/territories. Maintain and foster good relations with the company’s existing customers if and when required to do so. Promote the MHD’s products through telemarketing. If and when required, assist in the MHD stores (Inventory checks, etc). Perform administrative functions of the department including but not limited to invoicing, Delivery Orders, quotes, work orders, receipts, and issues. Perform battery inspections, sizing exercises, training of customer personnel in basic care and maintenance of batteries. Maintain accurate and detailed customer records and be actively involved in monthly collections. To adhere to the company’s policies and procedures including but not limited to appropriate codes of conduct, QMS and EMS guidelines. Any other duties assigned by the Manager – MHD. المهارات University graduate or higher secondary school certificate. Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in a similar position for a university graduate and 4 to 5 years for a higher secondary school certificate holder. Should (a) be computer literate; proficient in MS Office and internet applications; (b) possess good verbal and written English communication skills; (c) verbal Arabic language skills would be an advantage; (d) have basic accounting or math skills; (e) have good organization skills.
