Execution of the marketing plan in accordance with the budget.
Maintain accurate records of marketing activities including samples of work done, costs, achievements, competitive activity, and measurement of results.
Proactively give feedback to the management on marketing activities to help fine tune marketing activities.
Enhance customer experience by maintaining an appropriate brand image through customer service, store visual display, marketing material and signage.
Keep all stakeholders informed and engaged with the implementation of the marketing campaign and plans.
Assist the sales team in implementing the marketing plan, specifically events and activities.
Foster relationships with suppliers, advertising, and PR agency.
Managing social media campaigns and monitoring performance of marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
Generating reports for digital marketing campaigns using data-based analytics tools and presenting this data in an easy-to-understand format
Liaising with media, printers and publishers as required and managing the production of marketing materials such as leaflets, flyers, posters, and newsletters…. etc.
Execute branding plans to enhance brand reputation.
Support the use of technologies, electronic tools, and devices.
Maintain organization’s social media platforms and digital marketing channels to align with branding strategies.
