Should manage after Sales & Commissioning work
Must have the ability to control day to day works in Call Center,
Should have ability to follow up and control daily issued materials.
Oversee and ensure conflict resolution between agents and customers.
Should follow up daily activities with the group.
Modify scopes of work for mechanical designs (HVAC/Utilities) based on preliminary review.
Assist with the preparation of engineering studies and schematic designs for new HVAC/Utilities systems and analyze the operation of existing systems.
Make calculations using engineering formulas and skills for design such as heating and cooling loads, equipment sizing, etc.
المهارات
Bachelor of Mechanical Degree
Must be approved by Kuwait Society of Engineers.
Minimum experience must be 10 years in Kuwait in HVAC installation & maintenance.
Fluent in English – Speaking, Writing & Reading
Must handle PC, Call Center software, Excel & Word
Excellent organizational skills
Great attention to details and multi-tasking ability
Tactful and with high regard to confidentiality
