الوصف الوظيفي - Managing and maintaining core network infrastructure (MPLS & IP). - Providing 3rd level support for 2nd and 1st line engineers. - Network troubleshooting in case of network failures. - Plan, design, test and implement new services, products, and projects in the area of scope. - Plan, design and implement new PoPs, core links & NNIs. - Provide consultancy for designing customer solutions to the presales team. - Plan and execute network outages & software & hardware upgrades. - Coordinate with providers, vendors & partners for maintenance, new implementations, and needed upgrades. - Monitor and maintain core SLA statements. - Documentation of related systems and services. - Continuously improve technical knowledge & skills. المهارات Advanced skill in understanding and configuring routing protocol operation - BGP, OSPF - Advanced skill in understanding and configuring switching technologies (Spanning Tree Protocol, VLANs, Dot1Q, QinQ) - Advanced knowledge of MPLS architecture and operations - Advanced knowledge of QoS architecture - Advanced knowledge of IP multicasting and IPv6. - Advanced knowledge of the Cisco platform (software and hardware) Experience Required: - 10+ years of work experience in a Service Provider Environment Education: - University Degree in Computer engineering or Equivalent. - Cisco Certifications (CCIE is preferred).
