الوصف الوظيفي · Deliver sales presentations and closes sales in a professional manner. · Makes product recommendations and presentations to consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and end users to educate and inform. · Participating in tender process i.e., design, submission, and review. · Negotiate, review, and sign off project contract agreements. · Determine and define project scope and objectives. · To coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments · Prepare budget/estimate based on scope of work and resource requirements. · Track project costs to meet budget. · Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan. · Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress. · Analyze, shortlist, and monitor subcontractors. · Negotiate and Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables. · Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation. · Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple projects · Develop and maintain partnerships with outside resources—including third-party vendors. المهارات · Minimum 15 years of experience in a similar role in Project sales and Management. · Arab Nationality · Kuwait experience is a must تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/kuwait/jobs/mep-project-manager-4609567/ |
