الوصف الوظيفي · Assist in preparing documents and memos as directed by the Department Head for the senior management in a timely and accurate manner. · Handles couriers, letters and faxes, ensures tracking of documents and follows-up in case of delay or non-delivery. · Manages the scheduling and coordination of departmental meetings and group activities, circulates the agenda and minutes and follows up in case of modifications, cancellations and other administrative and logistic details. · Handles & maintains all administrative matters of the department. Processes purchase requisitions, invoice requests, travel reimbursements, corporate expenses, and other business-related expenses. · Receives all internal / external visitors and phone calls and directs them to the intended colleague in a timely and professional manner. · Makes the travel arrangement for business trips including flights and hotels, processes per diem, reimbursement and travel invoices in coordination with Finance, and advises the employees on policies and other administrative matters. · Orders, maintains, and distributes all stationary related items as per department requirement. · Maintains a contact list of all employees, contacts & Board members to effectively manage communication. · Performs other responsibilities and tasks as required or as directed by Department Head. المهارات · Strong English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken) · MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel · Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/kuwait/jobs/hr-help-desk-4601000/ |
