الوصف الوظيفي 1. Marketing all technical services provided by the company with a focus on the HVAC installation service, based on the regulations and prices approved by the head of the department. 2. Participation in setting the marketing plan for services and setting the documentary policies and procedures to ensure this in coordination with the officials. 3. Periodic contact with Customers, to know their level of satisfaction with the services of the department, and to submit reports to the head of the department in this regard, and to allocate a special file for all the Customers suggestions and complaints. 4. Participation in the collection of contract payments and cooperation with the accounting department to arrange these matters. 5. Follow up on all individual or real estate projects, housing distributions, or engineering office work related to the construction of residential villas and Residential buildings, which will result in the installation of HVAC Units through personal relationships and movements. 6. Follow up on market conditions, submit periodic reports on competing companies and their prices, and allocate a file for that. 7.
