High End Finishing Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
Managing supervisors, leaders, operators and crew members in various gluing and windowing processes, establishing and maintaining employee and crew schedules including temporary staffing, scheduling vacations, and authorizing required overtime to meet established deadlines
Ensure jobs are produced in accordance with production schedules and customer requirements
Maintain and re-prioritize production schedule based on changes in customer, job requirements, inputs or constraints
Manage production output with emphasis on production speed and efficiencies, quality standards and due dates
Maintain accurate and timely production records
Troubleshoot equipment, identify maintenance needs, coordinate repairs, and sustain preventative/planned maintenance program
Model and enforce the safe operation of all equipment and ensure a safe and clean working environment
المهارات
Candidate should have experience in Dubai or Lebanon in high end commercial projects (hotels, malls)
Should have a degree in Civil engineering or Architecture
Must be experienced in the digital workflow including codecs, image types, resolutions, frame rates, and staying ahead of changing technology
