Contribute to the delivery of the Payroll function and ensure accurate and timely processing of it through consolidating timesheet information and entering data into payroll databases, cooperating with different departments to increase payroll service performance and improve upon the payroll
system.
Maintains payroll information: directing the collection, calculation & entering of data.
Maintains payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures
Update manpower weekly after hiring and resignation
Handle email or system accounts deactivation for resigned employees ensuring with IT team with its process
Collect attendance weekly and divide it to full timer attendance weekly / monthly and Part timer attendance calculated per hour included and take the required actions upon the company polices for uncommitted employees
Prepare attendance monthly report in order to record permissions, vacations and leaves
Establish and submit fingerprints for all new joiners.
Aware of banking account details in coordination with GR section furthermore upload civil ID and accounts data on payroll system.
Calculate encashment for annual leaves annually overall employees and record signed documents
Revise employee attendance in all departments & send email with missing employee face print (Sign in & out) to department manager
Update and entre invoices of Boutiqaat staff discounts on payroll system
Prepare proven experience certificates/letters for the employees
Collecting, verifying, and recording employee attendance, including hours worked.
Entering data into payroll and administrative databases and software programs.
Ensuring compliance with state, and local tax laws, including remittance of payroll taxes.
Aware of and keep current with the taxation of salaries, benefits, and other factors.
Maintaining database of personnel information and accurate payroll records.
Detect and process issues with uncollected payroll and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns and resolving discrepancies.

Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests
Ensure that employees’ files are completed
Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonus etc. as per attendance policy
