Sales Engineer- Automotive HCV
Job Purpose –
Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities of Ford Trucks business to maximize profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
Accountable for establishing sales plans to meet objectives, expand customer base satisfaction and be on top of competitive developments in the market
Key Accountabilities-
Meet and exceed Sales Targets.
Develop new potential customers from all sectors.
Develop good relationships with existing and potential customers to meet sales targets and ensure consistent long term business.
Market intelligence.
Pursue identified new business opportunities through regular contact with potential customers and close analysis of the market.
Contribute to long term profitability of the business through innovation and aggressive sales activities.
Responsible for volume, value and contribution margin.
Keep track of competitor activities & developments in the market to initiate proactive actions using the market intelligence.
Deliver exceptional customer service at all business aspects.
المهارات
Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:
5-7 years of experience with multilingual (English/Arabic) ability
Diploma /Graduate Degree
Proven Sales Management experience in automotive business.
Demonstrated experience in managing sales budget in a competitive business environment.
Self-starter with initiative and drive.
Excellent Communication, Analytical & Negotiation skills
