Supervisor – Parts & Batteries

Job Purpose –

Responsible for successful development and performance of Parts & Batteries Internal / External Sales business. Manage the sales team and provide leadership towards achievement of maximum profitability and sales growth in line with company targets, vision and values. Accountable for establishing sales plans to meet objectives, expand quality customer base and be on top of competitive developments in the market

Key Accountabilities-

Responsible for achieving targets and profitability from Retail /Wholesale Parts and Batteries Business
Develop sales plans and pricing to ensure alignment with objectives of monthly and annual sales targets and margins
Contribute to long term profitability of the business through innovation and aggressive sales activities
Ensure the sales force are properly equipped, trained and motivated to achieve their objectives
Manage receivables and responsible to keep outstanding within target levels
Demand planning for wholesale stock purchases and timely depletion of inventory
Prevent build-up of aged stock through aggressive sales actions

المهارات
Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:

Proven Sales experience in Automotive Spare Parts/Lubes/Batteries
5 years experience with multilingual (English/Arabic) ability
Graduate Degree
Demonstrated experience in managing sales budget
Self starter with initiative and drive
Excellent Communication, Analytical & Negotiation skills
Valid Kuwait Driving License
