Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively
Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs
Plan and track the shipment of products
Keep logs and records of executed orders, etc.
Ensure peak periods are planned correctly to avoid delays in shipments.
Support in cases of delays in service or documentation through communication with forwarders / customs or shipping companies.
Ensure correct documentation and on time shipments are taking place.
Review and validating logistics invoices and making sure payments are happening on time.
Ensure peak periods are managed efficiently
Prepare accurate reports for upper management
المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree .
Overall 2-5 years of working experience in Supply Chain field in FMCG.
Proficiency in English and Arabic
Deep understanding of organizational and individual development
Strategic and analytical skills, ability to drive continuous improvement
High emotional intelligence and Interpersonal Savvy, feedback skills
Planning, priority setting, problem solving and monitoring skills
Good communication skills – both written and verbal
Advanced experience in using Microsoft Office
