Required Experience
Build + configure gaming PCs
Servicing gaming PCs (and maintenance)
Software installation + upgrading (Windows, other software)
Online + physical stores operations
Accommodate Customer Orders (receive, build and follow up)
Follow up with delivery
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Manage company PC technicians
Other related roles and duties that are assigned
Salary
Starting at 350 KWD (monthly - can be higher salary depends on experience level + meeting specific conditions)
Sales Commissions (discussed in job interview)
Annual bonus (regular % bonus + performance based bonus)

Work-Related Requirements
Working Hours
Saturday - Thursday
10:00 AM - 10:00 PM (3 hours break in between)
Friday
4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Kuwait issued driver’s license (valid)
Transferable (18) visa

Excellent experience and practical knowledge of building gaming PCs
Gaming PC components/parts knowledge for compatibility and PC performance
Fully assemble/disassemble a gaming PC (efficiency and speed)
Gaming PC hardware servicing and software maintenance
Excellent experience/knowledge + awareness of the gaming PC market prices + supply + demand
Very good sales experience + attract customers
Hardware and software (Windows, anti-virus, etc.) troubleshooting
Excellent command of English and Arabic (preferred)
