Business Development Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
₋ Participate in the development, implementation and evaluation of the business development strategy and business plans related to company’s services and new opportunities and initiatives; the company is a real estate company registered in the stock market.

₋ Screen potential business opportunities by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential and financials, evaluating options and resolving internal priorities.

₋ Support the development of new opportunities and services contributing to the company’s growth.

₋ Contribute in the preparation of market studies and feasibility studies including business environment analysis such as PEST analysis (Political, Economic, Social, and Technological) and SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats).

₋ Conduct and collect economic research studies and develop modules for regular research studies using statistical techniques.

₋ Supervise the enhancement of existing technology and ensure that it meets business requirements.

₋ Maintain a well-qualified pipeline to track all business development activities, analyze quarterly progress and suggest new strategies based on findings.

₋ Monitor industry developments related to potential business opportunities through the collection of regular Market Information in order to stay updated with any new concepts and ideas.

₋ Leverage appropriate company resources in developing and sustaining business relationship and responding to business and clients’ needs.

₋ Participate in professional, business, or community organizations, conferences cultivating broad network of contacts, promoting a positive image of the company and generating new business while adhering to risk and quality standards.

₋ Contribute to processes for continuous improvement in business development practice, including feedback and learning processes as driven / identified by the clients.

₋ Oversee Project Management activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget as per the company’s Policies and set Standards and the Project Plan.

₋ Oversee Bidding and Tendering activities to ensure all bids and tenders are priced correctly and are technically sound as per the company’s standards.
