PLC Paint Machine Operator

PLC Operator will process the paint based on the paint formula received from the lab technician- it is a computerized formulation- training is a must for a PLC operator to handle the complete process from filling the raw material as per the quantity in formulation until the final product is ready for filling. PLC is a control room for all the material addition.

Accountabilities :-

· Receiving the raw material as per the batch order, to start the formulation processing.

· Managing the PLC control activities along with the machine operation.

· Reviewing production specifications to verify accurate weights and measurements prior to mixing ingredients.

· Examining the incoming raw material and compare to documentation for accuracy and quality.

· Monitoring machinery in operation to identify concerns and make corrections as they appear or to report complex problems.

· Calibrating machines to maintain required productivity levels and adherence to quality standards.

· Inspecting final products to assess compliance with quality standards and established tolerances.

· Supporting production needs by moving items between equipment’s, conveyors.

· Standby the mixing/dissolver machine to ensure the mixing is under control.

· Precisely follow the process instructions and the quantities in the formulation card.

· maintaining machines in high quality production and troubleshooted problems during operation as well conducting periodical inspections.

· Maintaining a high safety records throughout the production process.

· Ability to determine faults and conducts repairs.

Skills :-

Acts on own initiative, makes things happen and accepts responsibility for the results.

Qualification :-

Elementary school or above.
Should be able to read and comprehend the formulation instructions.

Experience:

Preferable PLC paint operator experience
