Support the Supervisor’s In-charge in all system transactions reports / activities.
Close coordination with purchasing team to ensure stock level in the WH is under check.
Creating and maintaining different stock related reports from drivers and systems.
Real-time posting of goods received from the supplier in the system.
Ensure stock levels are maintained by regular inventory and stock count.
Carry out regular fleet maintenance check-list and follow-up on regular repairs and maintenance of the fleet.
Conduct meetings and briefings and update team on all aspects related to the job
Prepare operational reports.
Provide orientation/training to new staff on their work requirements and introduction to new products or methods.
Managing Calendar/schedule/coordinating meetings and writing and communicating minutes of meetings, business memos and circulations
Ensure all the KPIs are met.
Prepare schedules for office staff rosters and roll out
Creating transfer of good in the system for the stocks picked and transferred to the stores.
Receiving and printing of Goods receipt vouchers
Preparing daily delivery schedules
Preparing daily KPI reports
Preparing daily drivers feedback
Assign tasks to pickers, warehousemen for carrying out picking for stores.
Preparing month end, half monthly and weekly report.
المهارات
Experience team-leader with prior knowledge of warehousing and distribution activities.
User knowledge of SAP and other related systems.
Highly PC literate (MS Office applications)
Understanding of KPI reporting and control procedures
Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to adopt the most appropriate means of communication at all times e.g. telephone, E-mail, one to one, group presentation etc.
Able to interact confidently at all levels, both internally and in client facing situations
Highly customer focused with a personal commitment to Quality and attention to detail
Team Player who can earn respect and is comfortable working in a result originated environment
