Description
ROLE PURPOSE: To organize and provide continuous support and services to the department and maintain the work and to coordinate daily work flow related to Business Sales. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES: Handle bills payment, IM card change, activating new lines, terminating services and adding/removing services. Answer customer inquiries through e-mail and provide customer’s reception. Prepare daily activation sheet and archive the daily transactions Prepare daily cash collection report. Provide assistance, help and feedback to all agents. Follow up on daily tasks with the agent. Generate regular and special reports that summarize and forecast business activities and financial position of the business sales and escalate critical issues to provide effective recommendations in meeting the key challenges. Liaise with stc sectors and departments to effectively respond to customer requests and any internal queries in order to ensure smooth processing of all sales support transactions and to provide value added contribution to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the company. Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of section systems, processes and practices while taking into account international best practice, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement. Perform other tasks and duties assigned by upper management.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree is required Fluent English and Arabic skills (written and spoken) required Years of Experience: Fresh graduate
