Handle ICT Helpdesk Support tasks
Follow our standard installation and configuration practices, install and configure:
– Operating systems (MS Windows and Linux), patches, tools and utilities
– Oracle, MS SQL, and SAP ASE databases
– Application servers.
R&D;: Explore new technologies and trends in the database field
Events log monitoring
Troubleshoot and resolve performance and other escalated service requests
Ensure that the applicable ICT policies and procedures are maintained through controls and checks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience
At least 4 years of relevant experience in advanced Helpdesk activities
Demonstrated skills in servicing, and learning the latest trends in Information Technology
Proficiency in using MS Office, PowerBI and other productivity tools
Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
Proven writing and communication skills
Good analysis and troubleshooting skills
Self-motivated with exhibited ability to work independently and also as part of a team
Fluent in English.
