The Role:
Our Senior baristas provide customers with freshly made specialty beverages and food items in a fast- paced retail environment. Exceptional customer service and the ability to work quickly and accurately are key to this role.
Duties and responsibilities:
Capable of ongoing training for our junior baristas
Training the team to ensure machines and coffee is delivered to the ROSO standard while problem solving equipment issues on site.
Work within a professional cross- functional team
Create the welcoming environment that is essential
Target customers engagement to grow the ROSO brand
Produce the perfect cup every time by following strict recipes
Be flexible with work scheduling
Ability to work in multiple sections within the café
المهارات
Qualifications and requirements:
A passion for specialty coffee and coffee excellence
1 year experience minimum in a similar role
3 years minimum experience in a high- volume, high energy environment
Ability to manage and understand customers expectation
Experience working with Kees Vander western coffee machines
Experience within slow bar and different brewing methods
Honest, works well in a team and has a hands-on approach
English and or Arabic speaking
