Job description: Responsible for the design and sale of custom-made Corian products such as vanities, kitchen tops, desks tops, furniture and related applications including associated accessories by applying technical and customer input to assist them in applying the products to their needs. In addition, provide input and participate in the marketing, planning and technical development of products and services.
Duties and responsibilities:
Properly receive showroom and online customers interested in Corian custom made products (vanities, kitchen tops, desktops, cabinets, drawers, furniture, etc.) and/or related accessories.
Identify customers’ needs to develop designs and application of related products to meet these needs.
Prepare and develop initial drawings, models, images, material, mood boards and other documents relating to the coordination of design elements.
Arrange for initial customer site readiness assessment, measurement taking and capture site electromechanical situation.
Once site plans/measurements are provided, analyze data to determine design factors such as size, colors, shapes and arrangement of parts. Then, prepare initial design/products quotation.
Put best efforts to persuade customers to apply West gulf’s solutions to their needs.
Create customers awareness of services/products to increase cross-selling opportunities.
Prepare final designs that meet customers’ needs using authorized tools and standard procedures.
Set the right customer expectations related to contract terms and conditions as well as delivery and installation services and its related schedule.
Generate final product quotation and prepare Sales Contract including final design drawings (2D and 3D rendering) and get all of it signed by customer to close deal.
Place fabrication orders in coordination with workshop.
Follow up with concerned departments regarding fabrication priorities, status, and installation.
Follow up with customers after installation and receive feedback to assess our service.
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout value chain through reliable customer service, delivery/supply and complaint handling (warranty and others).
Focus on achievement of assigned sales targets.
Properly feed and utilize ERP, applications and tools in timely fashion.
Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers using established guidelines.
Participate in providing inputs that might lead to development of new products, modification of existing products and termination of ineffective products.
المهارات
Diploma degree in related Interior Design field. A Bachelor degree is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years in furniture design and sales within a reputable organization.
Ability to be creative and innovative including being effective problem-solving skills.
Should be an excellent communicator, customer focused and achievement oriented.
Required software skills: Microsoft Office, Sketchup, AutoCAD, IFS ERP System, PYTHA 3D-CAD, and Winner Design.
