To provide comprehensive HR services to designated Company business areas and employees thereby contributing to their overall performance.
Sourcing and screening of junior level employees.
Scheduling Candidates for Interviews.
On boarding of locally hired candidates.
Processing Employee Leaves (Annual, sick etc.)
Contribute Annual Performance Appraisal administration.
Cover for Roles of other teammates when on leave.
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
Maintain employee records in the filing system.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Contribute on calculating End of services & Leaves on time.
Collecting daily, weekly or monthly timesheets.
Maintain tracks & Reports.
Issue salary & experience certificates when needed.
Multiple Admin & HR tasks as required by Manager.
المهارات
Bachelors degree in human resources or related (essential).
3-5 years experience in human resources.
Knowledge of employment legislation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
