Assist in developing and implementing the branding annual budget and ensure all employees are working within the assigned budget by setting the required targets and responsibilities.
Implement all brand management activities related to the Outlets brands while ensuring that all activities are in line with the Company standards.
Assist in developing, controlling & monitoring the Brand strategy, plans and budgets for the assigned outlets.
Under the supervision of the BM, plan future strategies and tactics in response to changes in the market or to capitalize on new opportunities.
Constantly recommend initiatives and techniques to keep the Company competitive edge in the F&B;industry.
Identify the market segments of the Brands, in addition to estimating the market size and participate in the formulation of the marketing plan in coordination with the Direct Manager in order to achieve a high market share and increase the sales volume of Company’s Brands.
Analyse consumer trends and information and categories in order help identify potential brand categories as future sources of growth.
Develop and execute promotional initiatives to profitably increase consumption within budgeted parameters.
Provide monthly dashboards of brand performance to identify key drivers, gaps, and develop actionable strategies to reverse negative trends.
Continually review all elements of the marketing mix, including product formulation, price, packaging and promotion to optimize sales, market share, profitability and build brand equity.
Ensure that all creative content including but not limited to - (designs, concepts, sample layouts, graphics, layouts for product illustrations and company logos) are developed based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts, in line with Company’s and F&B;Outlets’ Corporate Identity.
Develop PR plans to promote all of PR & Media activities, including local and regional campaigns, press visits and media relations and relevant opportunities in the regional and local community.
Maintain a comprehensive branding manual of the Company and F&B;Brands.
Coordinate approved press releases while ensuring the same is in compliance with the brands image.
Ensure that customer needs are fulfilled, and complaints are resolved while providing highest quality services at all times.
