The Warranty Assistant will report to Supervisor, he will be responsible for claiming, processing and repair order invoicing.
Key Accountabilities:
Process warranty claims and ensures legitimate claims which qualify to be covered under warranty are raised to the manufacturer.
Ensure appropriate quality checks of Repair Orders done in order to minimize claim rejection.
Maintained detailed knowledge of warranty policies and procedures.
Ensure warranty repair orders are invoiced and claims are submitted on time to manufacturer.
Maintain clean record of claims generated, submitted and payment received.
Provide better support to workshop on warranty concerns
المهارات
Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:
2 years of experience in automotive field. Preferably basic technical knowledge of automobile
Preferably Degree/Diploma in Automobile Engineering
Good communication skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft office application
Team player, flexible, target oriented, articulate
Transferable residency (Visa 18)
