الوصف الوظيفي Accountable for achieving sales target agreed with the Key Accounts Manager and Outlet Operations Manager. Key Accountabilities: · Conduct sales presentation to prospective channel partners on Light Fields’ profile and product offerings. · Promote Light Fields’ products/services to prospective channel partners by understanding their needs and answering their queries on product offering, supply terms, product features and credit terms. · Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential channel partners to meet their needs. · Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships to ensure sales growth. · Develop and implement sales action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field. · Organize daily work schedule to call on existing or cold call potential sales outlets. · Expedite the resolution of channel partners problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. · Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within timelines as assigned by Sales Management. · Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments to ensure sales maximization and profitability. · Draft and submit sales contracts for orders. · Negotiate on sales contracts to ensure maximum profitability and partner satisfaction. · Follow up on approvals for sales contracts and ensure proper documentation maintained for channel partners. · Follow up with channel partners on deposits, due payments and collect amounts as per payment schedule. Present market potential, sales and tracking reports to management on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
