الوصف الوظيفي Responsible to ensure food quality and safety policies are implemented in production, storage, delivery and in-store service processes, in addition to cleaning of Kitchen premises and Production equipment. Perform Quality Audits and schedule inspections to assess compliance to food quality and safety standards. Key Accountabilities: · Develop and implement effective quality systems to improve product conformance and food safety in line with ISO quality and Food Safety Standards. · Drive continuous improvement through the procurement, production and storage processes by refining the sampling/ testing/ approval of procured materials, enhancing vendor compliance, monitoring and aiding in improving production, storing and FSQA processes. · Work with Head Chef on food safety initiatives for compliance with regulations with strong emphasis on preventive measures. · Ensure documentation of Food Safety and Quality Assurance procedures, guidelines, and work instructions are reviewed regularly and updated to reflect changes as per business needs or changes in Quality standards. · Ensure implementation of HACCP program and maintain all regulatory documentation for ensuring compliance. · Responsible for all tracking of KPI’s associated with Quality & Sanitation. · Lead investigation of non-conformances and customer complaints to determine root causes, provide responses, and determine corrective and/or preventative actions. · Conduct regular quality audits and provide risk-based recommendations to Operations Management and Production Management in relation to food safety compliance and improvements · Conduct regular inspection of sanitation procedures (usage and storage of chemicals, cleaning steps) for production units and equipment undertaken, at Central Production Site and Store Locations, to assess compliance to quality standards and timely rectification of identified quality risks. · Conduct quality checks on fresh food, stored cold and dry food , raw ingredients used during food production process to assess quality and compliance to food safety standards · Conduct quality checks on prepared food during production process and in store service to assess compliance to Food Safety Standards. · Monitor closely shelf life of stored food - Meat, Vegetables, Dairy, dry ingredients and disposal of damaged stock to identify non-conformance to Quality Standards. · Ensure complete documentation of non-conformances identified in production, sanitation, fleet inspection, in-store service and ascertain that appropriate action plans are in place to rectify deviations. · Maintain all required documentation and records, including production records, cleaning documentation, time and temperature charts, and employee training for reference of external inspectors Oversee proper use of production equipment and their maintenance to ensure safety of workers.
