Execute the current market strategy of the sales department
Prospecting and qualifying, as well as calling clients in the MENA region
Build an understanding of customer pain points, requirements, and potential value that can be delivered by
company
Deliver and report on a set of business development targets
Use feedback to identify opportunities to improve our products, services, processes, systems, and tools
Manage a portfolio of accounts
Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner
Work with multiple internal teams to improve customer journey and experience
Sales experience in SaaS and tech industries
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Fluent written and verbal communication in both, English and Preferably with previous work experience in
the Education, Technology, or Telecom industry.
2 -3 years experience in Sales with a proven track record
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Computer skills, including Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, etc.) and proficiency in using CRM systems
Good communications and presentation skills
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Results-driven focus with analytical capability
