Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve customer satisfaction. Coordinate with billing clerk and finance to ensure accurate billing to customers. Liaison with IT Department for ERP system enhancement. Support the sales team by providing precise information on the status of their orders. Send accurate daily reports like sales report, sales order status. Closely coordinate with production department to assist in production planning in line with sales in the pipeline Make sure to send customer order confirmation upon receipt of a purchase order. Escalate customer issues on a time libras is to line manager. Assist the sales team in boosting sales and performance. Provide support during assessment & surveys conducted to enhance the customer satisfaction levels
