Perform preventive maintenance on tools of mechanical room equipment, including cleaning and lubrication. Visually inspect tools, equipment, and machines.
Takes charge, is decisive and gets things done to agreed standards, with minimum supervision and follow up. Stretches to manage difficult situations & maintain professional relationships, even when under pressure. Dependable, especially in a crisis!

Operational
Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment and all utility shut-offs for all areas in the mall.
Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed.
Communicate each day’s activities and problems that occur to the other shifts.
Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment, plumbing (e.g., plunge toilets and unclog drains), electrical components including lamps, cosmetic items, extension cords, vacuum cleaners, internet devices, replace electrical switches and outlets. Use the Lockout / Tag out system before performing any maintenance work.
Perform repairs on interior and exterior landscaping as well as external landscaping sprinklers.
Report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Civil Supervisor.
Maintain complete confidentiality of all sensitive matters relating to the business in general and Maintenance Department
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
Perform physical activities that include indoor and outdoor work.
Work under pressure and within time constraints in the event of an emergency.

High school or Diploma with a vocational training
2-4 years’ experience in a similar role
Good in English – Basic Arabic
