Daily meeting with team leaders and engineers to plan daily activities.
Managing daily support services calls and issues (SLA’s and per call basis)
Managing and support of the 24/7 support teams.
Project planning, scheduling and delivery.
Attending projects meetings with clients and internally.
Following up daily work order requests on the site surveys and collect systems required information as requested.
Providing sales teams support on proposed solutions engineering and compatibility.
Periodic customer meetings to ensure that services are delivered professionally.
Coordinating with procurement and store on equipment and spares availability.
Managing and supporting resident engineers.
Assist in winning / bringing new support agreements/maintenance contracts.
Replying to customer inquiries by letter, faxes and/ or email.
Ensuring Technical skills implementation and support teams as per required levels dictated by level of business partnerships of the company.
Scheduling training and certification for operations staff.
Meeting periodically with Vendor’s representative to discuss plans and resolving issue with regard to procurements, technical issue and support, training, etc..
Interact regularly with existing or potential clients to determine their needs and to develop plans for improving delivery.
Follow up projects’ completions with team leaders.
Reporting to management on projects status, escalations and department issues.
Providing management with task report in work completions.
R ecruitment interview and head hunting for operations department.
Advocate and represent organisations needs as appropriate to senior management. Work cross – functionally to solve problems and implement changes.
Shall provide accurate update of the wok progress and resources used to the management.
Follow a defined, agreed upon project management methodology. Present oral and written reports defining plans, problems, and resolutions to appropriate levels of management.
Providing advice on the management of projects.
Organizing the various professional people working on a project.
Carrying out risk assessments.
Making sure that all the aims of the project are met.
Overseeing the accounting, costing and billing of project managed.
Making sure the quality standards are met.
Using IT systems to keep track of people and progress as agreed with customer or as per company policy.
