Preparing and sending Arrival notices.
Invoicing of charges to collect on shipments.
Container Demurrage/detentions invoicing.
Prepare Delivery orders and Container releases.
Follow up on pending delivery orders
Issue delivery orders to customers
Give awareness to new customers on the procedure to clear the shipment.
Dealing with forwarders, consignee, and carriers for smooth collection of delivery order.
Checking the authenticity of all original documents received against delivery orders.
Make sure that all charges have been collected before releasing shipments.
Building customer relationships and providing excellent customer service.
Handle special requests from customers.
Keep track of vessel’s schedules and assist customers with their enquiries
Manage daily emails/phone calls from customers and respond on time.
Manage daily emails/phone calls from principles pertaining to the respective customer’s issue.
Direct customer questions/concerns to the correct department for handling and respond with an answer to the customer.
Provide Customer Service in a positive attitude

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role in Kuwait with a Shipping Line
Strong communication skills in English with spoken Arabic an advantage
Knowledge of Kuwait Customs and Port regulations
Transferable Visa
