Are you looking to switch to the e-commerce industry and earn top commissions?
We are working with an aggregator providing digital solutions to the down market channel (Baqala), looking for a Sales Team Lead in charge of opening the market and getting the brand known.
Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base, developing strategic sales plans that expand the customer base and ensure the company maintains a strong presence in the industry.
Developing sales strategies and setting targets, motivate employees to reach individual sales goals and encourage the staff to work better, rather than harder.
Recruiting and training sales staff, define sales job requirements, assisting in the search for the best candidates and taking part in the interview process
Hit sales targets and achieve growth, continue to develop knowledge of the products and services being offered.
المهارات
The ideal candidate must come from a sales driven background and has experience in selling to the Baqala Markets.
Based in Kuwait, Oman, Qatar or Bahrain
Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales
Proven sales experience track in FMCG or similar industry.
