Achieve assigned sales targets /objectives for automotive group.
Collaborate with sales manager and office specialists /managers on development and execution of account strategies
Oversee customer satisfaction and problem resolution
Identify large customers and work in the foreground, determining the best solution, proposals, while ensuring customer concurrence throughout the entire process
Perform daily sales activities: Government sales, demonstrations, proposal creation/presentation, input and maintain prospect activity into sales cycle tracking processes
Develop a learning plan within sales e-Learning program
المهارات
Bachelor degree OR related field with 7 years supervisory experience, 2 of which in a supervisory capacity.
Proven supervisory skills & experience in assisting in the management of location staff.
High market and product awareness.
Proven selling, negotiating, convincing and problem solving skills.
High level of people management and interpersonal skills.
High level of customer focus.
Good level of verbal & written communication skills (Arabic & English)
High level of systematic thinking & organisation.
Relevant computer literacy (Microsoft office and relevant business software e.g. ORACLE SSHR, KERRIDGE).
