الوصف الوظيفي Responsibilities: - Establish new business and maintain existing accounts through the preparation and execution of action plans. - Visit clinics and pharmacies to create business relationships with doctors by: explaining the products to them, answering their questions and opening new accounts. - Responsible for organizing appointments/ meetings, sending emails and maintaining the contact. - Work with the sales team to create new sales plans and determine the best strategies to increase our sales and targets. - Work on new offers and promotions for both cash customers and business customers (B2C & B2B). - Review our sales performance and write reports about it. - Follow up the pending payments with pharmacies and companies. - Solve business problems with retailers, pharmacies and websites. - Study the local market and products very well to gain a better perspective. المهارات - Excellent communication skills. - A positive, confident and determined approach. - Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection. - Kuwaiti driving License. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/kuwait/jobs/sales-executive-pharma-4450027/ |
