Job Responsibility:
To take ownership of the Catalogue planning and execution.
Planning and developing the assortment plan (seasonal, promotional, and regular) in line with other sales channels.
Maintain and manage the assortment on the e-commerce channels, as per the set guidelines.
Plan and implement seasonal/promotional plans to increase the conversion rate and drive sales / GP.
Develop and implement cross-selling and upselling techniques and activities to increase conversion rate and basket size.
To maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor companies, competitor activity, and current market prices.
Liaising with Buying and Merchandising departments to confirm product range and selection.
Ensuring all tasks are effectively carried out and completed on time and within budget.
Working with the team and other functions to build the concept and deliver creative briefs for a variety of catalogue pages.
Work in a proactive marketing environment where a passion and enthusiasm for marketing our brand is essential.
Develop and implement the online marketing strategy.
Budgeting for digital marketing spends and returns on investment.
Search marketing: Managing external SEO to ensure the company website consistently ranks highly in the country’s leading search engines and drives traffic.
Ongoing support to ensure current campaigns, product catalogue, and trends are reflected in the search marketing activity.
Online PR & social marketing: Develop and implement an online PR strategy including Online press releases, Blogging (involving multiple areas of the business in this activity) & Social network activity including Facebook and Twitter.
Brand advertising: Developing online brand-led campaigns in line with companywide marketing campaigns.
Liaising with internal marketing and design teams to ensure consistent creativity and messages across online channels.
Email marketing: Developing a schedule of regular email newsletters.
Reporting & analytics utilizing web analytics to gain insight on website traffic and the report online marketing activities to the team that will revolve around the planning of the Assortment, Pricing & Promotions.
Online marketing opportunities: Handle, Assess and Explore all digital marketing inquiries.

Experience & Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in merchandising preferably with Online Retailers.
Excellent English communication skills. Arabic is a plus.
Strong understanding and driving user behavior.
Analytical and process-oriented, comfortable working with large data sets and making data-driven decisions.
Must have comprehensive experience in developing online marketing strategies.
Must have excellent interpersonal and networking skills
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers and colleagues.
