About: The Wellness & Family Luxury Resort in Kuwait:
Scheduled to open 2nd quarter of 2022 the resort will be an ultra-luxury urban retreat targeting high profile individuals and families of business executives, active retirees, young entrepreneurs and fitness driven individuals. The facilities and services are designed to be unmatched to any other wellness resort in Kuwait. The resort will offer unique and state of the art facilities and services to its members like ample spa facilities, private beach, indoor and outdoor pools, selected restaurant concepts, racket sports academy, comprehensive fitness facilities with personal trainers and classes, and unique fashion and sports retail.
Reporting directly to the resort General manager, the Sales Manager will provide effective leadership of the sales department by executing strategies that result in sustained revenue growth, brand awareness and customer engagement; all being achieved in accordance with the resort business plan and objectives.
Experience & Qualifications:
Consistent track record of progression and achievement in sales and marketing on a related hospitality field.
Revenue and results focused. Emphasis on quality and high value relationship outcomes.
High achiever and able to take appropriate action with minimal guidance.
Ability to conceptualize and execute strategies for self and team, clarify and assign tasks and seek commitment of others.
Focus on achieving successful outcomes by engaging other team members in the process.
High degree of proficiency in English language and able to deliver effective and engaging presentations to small-medium sized groups.

المهارات
Should have a valid residency in Kuwait.
Prior experience in Kuwait hotel/wellness market (preferably on the Luxury segment).
Minimum 3 years in the role of Sales Manager or Assistant Director of Sales
High proficiency in English and Arabic Languages (written and spoken)
