الوصف الوظيفي Deliver training using innovative methods including activity based learning, role plays, experiential learning and consistently evaluate the quality and impact of training Conduct online video-based trainings with excellent platform skills Maintain reports and run the content on internal systems Evaluating and grading training assignments of trainees and conducting feedback. Categorizing the areas of improvement at an individual level or group level Promoting an open knowledge-sharing environment that builds knowledge, skills, and service for the benefit of the trainees. Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment. Increase student skills and ability to meet the needs of corporate placement. Assisting students one to one in learning. Counselling students regularly to ensure fewer dropouts. Strong hold in Communication skills training. Excellent training delivery skills both online and offline. Hands-on using or quick in learning internal tools/ systems Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and oral) Entrepreneurial and proactive attitude Commitment and ownership المهارات Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in training. Proficient in MS Office. Critical thinking and decision making.
