Provide technical support to all mall tenants with QOS and installation and implementation of ISP services subscribed by TMM.
Previous Work experience as Resident Network Engineer in Retail sector or ISP environment is an advantage.
Expert level knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols, VLAN, IP v4, IPv6, DNS, DHCP, IP Multicast, QOS, and NAT.
Network implementation of LAN/WLANs, layer 2 and layer 3 networks including the evaluation and integration of new technologies, systems, and equipment.
Equipment configuration, implementation and installation of switches and routers, IOS and WLAN equipment including the planning and execution of network hardware software and firmware upgrades.
Shall have good knowledge of Network Security working with firewalls, ACLs on switches and routers, Radius Server, VPN technologies and protocols (SSL, IPSEC, AES), Public and Private Certificate technology.
Able to analyze, troubleshoots and resolves problems with LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/Internet networks and serves as technical expert for other teams to resolve production network problems.
Shall have good knowledge of network troubleshooting and resolution using tools and analyzers such as Wireshark and NetFlow to troubleshoot.
Conduct research on network products, services, protocols, and standards to remain up to date of developments in the networking industry.
Oversee new and existing equipment, hardware, and software upgrades.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent quality and quickness of IT support provided with Minimum downtime.
Compliance with IT procurement process
Compliance to IT systems standards
Expert knowledge of Network Administration, expert knowledge of IT governance, knowledge of IT Hardware and Network Infrastructure, Expert knowledge of Software Quality Control
