Set up hardware, install & configure software & drivers.
Maintaining back up files and software related to our company
Ensure the privacy of customer data.
Perform regular upgrades to ensure systems remain updated.
Perform troubleshoot activities.
Analyzing computer hardware problems, rectifying them, servicing & replacing parts when necessary.
Maintain technological equipment (e.g. routers) or peripheral devices.
Troubleshoot system failures or bugs & provide solutions to restore functionality.
Servicing & maintaining computer-related equipment such as printers, projectors, & scanners.
Repairs & maintains servers, personal computers, & other technology equipment.
Maintain computer equipment & software to ensure efficient operations.
Repair computer hardware as required.
Works with team members to troubleshoot both complex & routine computer issues.
Communicates with customers by phone & email to solve technical problems.
Stays abreast of current trends & technology & makes recommendations that will help a company keep up with technology standards in the industry.
Acting as the middle man between user & manufacturer when equipment has to be sent to the latter for repair.
Keep records of repairs & fixes for future reference.
Offer timely technical support & teach users how to utilize computers correctly.
Provide technical assistance & resolution as necessary.

The technician will be working in our workshop. The person has to assemble new PCs as per the provided configuration, troubleshoot the customer issues, and also will be responsible for sales service.
