الوصف الوظيفي
Follow up the accounting activities, cash and processing payments of the Finance Department and ensure that the financial transactions are performed and managed accurately and on time.
Follow up the overall forecasting, budgeting and reporting processes of the Section (including sales, margin, dilution, and inventory).
Ensure on time closing of the book of accounts on monthly basis and ensures accurate and correct recording of provisions, expenses, income, assets and liabilities.
Ensure all customers reconciliations are prepared in time & accurately & resolves if any dispute by coordinating with Division manager/Salesmen & customer.
Supervise and control the accounting operations specifically: Customer receivables control, Payroll control, partners current accounts, investment income, rental income,
Ensures finalization of books of account for the year end audit and prepares complete reconciliations and schedules.
Ensures that all audit formalities of third party confirmations from banks, suppliers, customers, related parties, partners, investments, etc. are obtained.
Follow up and oversee the review of bank analysis statements versus the contracted rates and address incorrect billings.
Undertake focused analysis on investment performance, brand and store profitability and ongoing costs reviews.
Track and analyze forecasts vs. budget, while identifying key risks and opportunities, ensuring all risks and opportunities are appropriately reflected in the forecast and forward projections
Ensure preparation of consolidated financial statement for Mohamed Naser Al-Hajery & Sons Sister companies, in addition to special analysis and information reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Assist in the maintenance of all records, data, systems containing financial transaction data and their audit.
§ Ensure that external auditors are provided with relevant financial information in order to properly complete

the external audit.

Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.

المهارات
Bachelor Degree in Finance/ Accounting or related field.
Master’s in Finance/ Accounting would be an advantage.
CFA, CPA and/or CMA is a plus.

§ Minimum of 2 – 4 years of experience in finance and accounting.

Excellent Knowledge in Financial planning and budgeting.

§ Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
