Oversee and monitor all F&B;and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
Develop, execute and measure all operational and strategic plans regarding the brand
Manage monthly Profit & Loss and suggest ways for cost reduction without affecting the quality
Oversee the hiring and training of all staff under the brand
Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service within the outlets to ensure customer return and satisfaction
Design exceptional menus, identify goods for purchase and continuously make necessary improvements
Assisting with marketing planning, strategy and calendar promotions
Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns
Implement, monitor and analyze all marketing activities related to the brand
Conducting market and competitor analysis
Build and conduct brand training to current and new staff
Organize in-house auditing reports in order to maintain quality assurance taking into consideration the various factors of the operations
المهارات
Minimum 8 yrs. Experience in same field.
Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and Hospitality Management.
