Coordinating with Operation Director for IP networking project.
Plan, organize, and manage staff of network operation group in handling all related IP network infrastructure projects, work orders, SLA, and trouble tickets.
Plan and manage of SLA and network projects to achieve objectives within a set of time, budget and prioritize effectively.
Provide and present a project/work-order status and financial report in a timely manner every month.
Handles and approve staff’s time sheets, expenses, vacation leave, OT and other related network’s activity.
Responsible in providing and allocating of professional service in accordance with presales/engineering requirements for upcoming network projects and work orders.Handles and validates all network related Purchase Orders approval.
Provides technical support for network staff on all IP network related issue.
Customer meeting for technical and design review.
Project Tracking and Progress reports for the ongoing projects.
المهارات
Product Knowledge and Industry Experience of Data Center Enterprise LAN, Firewall, WAN, ISP and Mobile Provider, MPLS, NAC & NMS.
IP networks or Network Specialist Certified. (Preferred)
Effective Situational Leadership Skills.
Analytical and problem solving skills.
