Liaising between IT and the executive branch, improving the quality of IT services, and analyzing business needs.
Enhancing the quality of IT products and services, analyzing data to inform business decisions, and finding technological solutions to business needs, among other duties.
Managing the Requirements Analysis, System Analysis, Gap Analysis, etc.
Collecting requirements and preparing System Requirement Specification (SRS)document.
Preparing Navigational prototypes with mockup screens and getting approval from stakeholders.
Validating the application and preparing UAT scenarios.
Preparing user guides.
Managing the requirement of gathering process through elicitation, analysis, specification, and verification of multiple levels of requirements from an end-to-end perspective.
Conducting user training sessions.
Preparing process flow diagrams using Microsoft Visio.
Preparing functional specifications document.
المهارات
Experience in the Retail domain with knowledge across the complete life cycle is a must.
Functional knowledge of Oracle RMS.
Strong client interaction and documentation skills
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a self-learning attitude.
Good negotiation, facilitation, and consensus-building skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
