Monitor the site works quality of the fit-out electrical and low voltage installations considering complying with related approved designs and following related mall/local/international codes.
Monitor the site works quality of the fit-out fire alarm installations considering complying with related approved designs and following related mall/local/international codes.
Monitor the site works quality of the fit-out plumbing installations considering complying with related approved designs and following related mall/local/international codes.
Monitor the site works quality of the fit-out gas piping and gas detection installations considering complying with related approved designs and following related mall/local/international codes.
Monitor the site works quality of the fit-out hoods and related ventilation installations considering complying with related approved designs and following related mall/local/international codes.
Prepare/issue site inspection reports following superior directions.
Liaise with the other RDD superiors for the MEP services progress and quality issues for MEP fit-out works.
Ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with Property Guidelines, Particular Specifications, General Specifications and Shop Drawings.
المهارات
Minimum 8 years working in a similar position in shopping malls / hospitals / real estate, or an equivalent experience in construction/MEP contracting industry.
Good background in coordination between services in construction.
Proficient in installation works procedures and quality assurance for Ducting, piping, welding, etc.
Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with thorough knowledge in safety procedures.
Must have a strong sense of ownership to deliver department objectives and pursue professional development.
