Manage a sales team as a mentor and achieve individual and team sales and collection target
Prepare annual retail business plan, retail trade promotions.
Prepare annual budget, setting the retail team KPI’s, retail sales target
Achieve sales and collection target individually and for the team.
Continuously identify prospects, generate new enquiries and close sales deals to ensure consistent performance.
Review and initiate appropriate action on sales calls made by the team on a daily basis.
Prepare and submit sales forecast for each month on or before 3rd working day of each month.
Follow up on daily sales target and enquiries with the team and extend timely support to team for effective sales closing.
Follow up on collection with the team and ensure timely recoveries.
Keep a track of competition and propose counter measures to attack competition.
Submit weekly report on market activities covering sales, collection and competitor’s activity.
Train and motivate the team to retain customers, market share and perform consistently.
