Group manager:
Supervise a team of professionals in an assigned group to achieve business goals.
Ensure that staff stays up-to-date with business and product knowledge.
Evaluate staff performance and provide appropriate feedback.
Organize trainings for staff in their assigned job responsibilities.
Monitor and manage operational expenses within allotted budget.
Motivate and supervise staffs to meet departmental goals.
Assist in interviewing, hiring and training new candidates.
Ensure that the team follows company quality and service standards.
Determine staffing needs and develop work plan based on work volume.
Participate in employee retention and termination activities.
Enforce employee discipline and safety standards.
Inventory manager:
Evaluate new inventory to ensure it’s ready for shipment.
Implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or a field related to their work.
Minimum 3 years of experience.
Proficiency in Ms excel, SEO, SEM and google analytics working knowledge
Having good background about dashboards to control and manage product and orders.
Driving License.
